Authors who make their payment before August 2024 will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate.
Student Rate
Participants are eligible for student rate if he/she is a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. After paper acceptance notification from the committee, students must email the scanned copy of their ‘Student Identification Card’ to icecosconference@gmail.com with a paper ID.

- National participant/Indonesian category is intended for the national participant with Indonesian affiliation only.
- Registration fee includes the two days of the conference (all sessions and keynotes) for all participants.
- An author with additional papers: If an author (the first author) has two (or more) accepted papers (as the first author), an additional fee of USD 150 per paper will be charged.
- An author with additional pages: A fee of USD 50 per additional page will be charged.
